Østre provides organizations with AI-powered assistants for customer support, automation, and multilingual interaction. The Service is delivered as a subscription-based SaaS platform.

2. Eligibility

By using Østre, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans & Fees: Østre is offered under monthly or annual subscription plans, as described on our Pricing page.
• Payment Processor: Payments are handled securely via Stripe.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable.

Østre may offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data and content uploaded to Østre.
• No Model Training: Your data is never shared or used to train external AI models.

6. Nature of AI Services & Output Accuracy

You acknowledge that the Service uses Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models, which are probabilistic in nature.

• Accuracy: The Service may produce output that is inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading ("Hallucinations"). You agree that Østre is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the output.
• Human Verification: You are responsible for evaluating and verifying the accuracy of any output before relying on it or presenting it to your customers.
• No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional judgment.

All intellectual property rights in Østre, including software, branding, and content provided by us, remain the exclusive property of eeclipse technologies OÜ. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Østre is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• eeclipse technologies OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Service or reliance on any AI-generated content.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months of your subscription.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eeclipse technologies OÜ from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Østre or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Estonia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers. Continued use of Østre after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
